These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and superj3 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the superj3 online casino and sports betting platform available at https://superj3.cam (the "Website") and any associated mobile applications or services.

superj3 operates as an online gaming and sports wagering platform serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform offers live casino games, slot machine titles, sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other competitions, as well as lottery and arcade-format games.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the superj3 Platform, tied to a single individual's identity and verified through our KYC process.
• "Balance" means the total sum of funds held within a Player's Account, including deposited funds and credited bonuses (which are separately accounted for as "Bonus Balance").
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or matched funds granted by superj3 under specific promotional terms and subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by the Player into their Account via any of the supported Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, DuitNow, and USDT TRC20.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of funds and as part of ongoing account monitoring.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of online gambling platforms is restricted, regulated, or prohibited under applicable law, and from which access to superj3 is not permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total turnover a Player must complete using a Bonus Balance before that bonus may be converted to withdrawable funds, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 25x).
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed on any game, event, or market available through the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on superj3, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or placing wagers on the Platform. Providing false date of birth information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under guardianship orders or without legal capacity may not register.
4. One Account Per Household: Only one Account per person is permitted. In addition, superj3 reserves the right to restrict one Account per household or shared IP address at its sole discretion to prevent abuse.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through superj3 or any recognised responsible gambling programme at the time of registration or ongoing account use.
6. Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of superj3 and its affiliated entities may not hold Player accounts on the Platform.

To create an Account on superj3, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Malaysian mobile number, and residential address.

4.1 Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

4.2 KYC Verification. superj3 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any other time at our discretion, we may require you to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and source of funds documentation for higher-value accounts.

4.3 Verification Delays. Failure to provide the requested KYC documentation in a timely manner may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. superj3 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

4.5 Account Updates. You are required to keep your account information current. If your email address, mobile number, or residential address changes, you must update this information in your account settings promptly. superj3 accepts no liability for communications sent to outdated contact details on file.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. superj3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u (FPX), CIMB Clicks (FPX), Public Bank online (FPX), Hong Leong Connect (FPX), DuitNow instant transfer, Financial Process Exchange (FPX), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method (RM10,000 for e-wallets; RM30,000 for FPX bank transfers; equivalent MYR value up to RM500,000 for USDT TRC20). superj3 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for high-value deposits.

5.3 Currency. All account balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed transaction receipt. superj3 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and blockchain confirmation.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All real-money withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.

5.5 Processing Times. superj3 targets the following withdrawal processing times, which are indicative only and may vary during high-volume periods: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire — 15 to 60 minutes. These timeframes apply to the Platform processing stage and do not account for delays attributable to banking or payment provider systems.

6.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on superj3 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. A wager is only confirmed once the Platform has recorded and acknowledged it. superj3 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced (where in-play betting is not available), bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, or bets that appear to exploit pricing errors.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by superj3 at any time without prior notice, including for individual accounts where unusual or potentially harmful wagering patterns are identified.

6.4 Payout Caps. Maximum payout limits apply per event or game session. Any winnings in excess of the published payout cap for a given game or market will be reduced to the applicable cap amount. Payout caps are disclosed within the relevant game or market information.

6.5 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or data corruption that affects the recording or resolution of a wager, superj3 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. superj3 accepts no liability for losses attributable to technical failures or connectivity issues on the Player's device or network.

6.6 Random Number Generation. All slot games and electronic table games on superj3 utilise certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Advertised RTP (Return to Player) percentages are calculated over statistically large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.1 Promotion-Specific Terms. Each bonus and promotional offer on superj3 is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. These specific terms (including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds) are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are set out in the relevant promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements; contribution rates are disclosed per promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. superj3 strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using matched or coordinated betting strategies to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, and exploiting pricing or promotional errors. Where superj3 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all bonus credits and any winnings derived from those credits, and to terminate the affected Account.

7.5 Promotional Modifications. superj3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is terminated before its scheduled end, affected Players will receive notification and any accrued qualifying bonus credits at that point in time will be honoured.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the superj3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering using false personal information;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or while subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate game outcomes, place bets, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any transaction involving proceeds of crime through the Platform;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to any third party;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any legitimate transaction made through the Platform without first contacting superj3 customer support;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's Account or any backend systems of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing superj3 staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.

9.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting superj3 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after successful KYC verification. Bonus Balances that have not yet met Wagering Requirements are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon closure.

9.2 Suspension by superj3. superj3 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering or other illegal conduct; ongoing KYC verification requirements; or Account security concerns.

9.3 Termination for Cause. superj3 may permanently terminate your Account where it determines that a material breach of these Terms has occurred, including any Prohibited Activities identified in Section 8. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, superj3 may withhold balances pending investigation and referral to law enforcement.

9.4 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure or termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. You remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to closure, including chargebacks initiated after Account termination.

10.1 Platform Provided "As Is". The superj3 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

10.2 Exclusion of Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, superj3 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or loss of profit.

10.3 Cap on Liability. In any event, superj3's aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. superj3 shall not be in breach of these Terms or otherwise liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment processing outages.

All content on the superj3 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game assets, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of superj3 or its duly licensed content providers. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of superj3.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any Platform content or data.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by superj3 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

superj3 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, and marketing communications (where separately consented to). Your data will not be sold to third-party marketers. For full details of your data rights, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy or contact our support team.

superj3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing gambling-related harm. The following tools and safeguards are available to all Account Holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to control your spend. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations to encourage regular breaks from play.
• Reality Check Alerts: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay to remind you of elapsed time and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (1 day to 6 weeks). No wagers may be placed during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed before the minimum exclusion period has elapsed, regardless of request.

superj3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, superj3 will provide reasonable prior notice via email to your registered address or via an on-screen notification upon your next login to the Platform, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible on this page, with the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to binding arbitration or mediation under applicable dispute resolution procedures.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are encouraged to contact superj3 customer support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and endeavours to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
